Opening Times

DIAL South Worcestershire is open at the following times:

  • Monday: office closed
  • Tuesday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
  • Wednesday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
  • Thursday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
  • Friday: Office Closed

By Foot

Our office is accessible from Crowngate Friary Walk shopping arcade which you can enter from Broad Street, from the market area in Angel Place or from the bus station below.

Once in the main arcade between Mothercare and Mark 1 you’ll find a corridor signposted to DIAL & Shopmobility (opposite Rymans stationery shop).

Take the lift at the end of the corridor to level 5/6. Turn right out of the lift, and go through the automatic double doors into the car park.

To your right you’ll see Shopmobility and their scooters – DIAL is in an adjoining office.

By Car

Enter Crowngate Car Park from Dolday and go to the Shopmobilty area on Level 6. The DIAL office is next to Shopmobility and free parking is available for DIAL clients.

By Bus

Clients arriving by bus can borrow a wheelchair from Disability Answers at the bottom of the Crowngate escalators if needed. There is access to the Friary Walk arcade by lift and from there you can follow the above directions.

By Train

From Worcester Foregate Street station, exit the station and turn left. Follow the road towards the city centre until you come to McDonalds.

Turn right here, down Angel Street towards the bus station. At the end of this street you will see the outdoor market and entance to Crowngate Friary Walk arcade, from where you can follow the above directions.
