Our client group includes adults and the families of children with a physical, learning disability or mental health issues and DIAL is operated by a small team of paid and volunteer advisers.
As a registered charity promoting the independence and choice of all disabled people and carers living in Worcestershire, we aim to support not just service users individually, but to provide information about wider disability issues, both locally and nationally.
What We Offer
- Information on a wide range of disability related issues.
- Welfare Benefit entitlement checks including eligibility, form filing benefit forms, challenging unfavourable decisions, appeals
- Liaising with agencies on your behalf.
- Referrals and signposting to support groups and organisations.

How We Can Help
DIAL offers free, confidential, and impartial information and advice on all aspects of welfare benefits. You can find out more on our Benefits Advice page.
For clients who face difficulties in getting to us, we run an Outreach Service that provides benefits advice at different locations across Worcestershire.

Opening Times
