We are delighted to announce that we are working with the MS Society to support people with multiple sclerosis complete benefit forms, undertake benefit entitlement checks and do full casework for representation at Disability Benefit Appeal Tribunals. We will work across all Worcestershire on this project. Just call us on 01905 27790 to discuss your issues.
Our client group includes adults and the families of children with a physical, learning disability or mental health issues and DIAL is operated by a small team of paid and volunteer advisers.
As a registered charity promoting the independence and choice of all disabled people and carers living in Worcester, Wychavon and Malvern we aim to support not just service users individually, but to provide information about wider disability issues, both locally and nationally.

What We Offer
- Information on a wide range of disability related issues.
- Welfare Benefit entitlement checks including eligibility, applications, casework, challenging unfavourable decisions, appeals and tribunal representation.

DIAL offers free, confidential, and impartial information and advice on all aspects of welfare benefits. You can find out more on our Benefits Advice page.
For clients who face difficulties in getting to us, we run an Outreach Service that provides benefits advice at different locations across South Worcestershire.
