An independent charity providing a free, confidential information and advice service
for people with a disability and their carers, families and friends
on all aspects of living with a disability.
Our office is located in the CrownGate Centre in Worcester
Our outreach service covers Broadway, Droitwich, Evesham, Malvern, Pershore
Worcester HUB and Worcester Hospital.
OFFICE HOURS - Monday & Thursday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9.00am to 2.30pm

DIAL can help anyone living in South Worcestershire requiring information about any aspects of disability:
- Disabled people, their carers, families and friends;
- Professionals - doctors, social workers, occupational therapists etc.;
- Voluntary and Statutory agencies.
- Benefits - the Disability Benefits Advisor can also help with Tribunal Appeals.
