Older People's Services

As we get older, we sometimes need a little support to do the things we used to take for granted, or we may just need practical advice to see our way through some of the changes we're experiencing. On this page you'll find information on local services that help you overcome challenges you may face as you get older.

Worcestershire County Council

Worcestershire County Council provide social care services for older people in the county. At the link below you can see some of the services they can provide.

If you'd like to access these services you can contact the Worcestershire HUB to explain your situation or ask your GP for a referral to your local social care team. You will need to have an assessment by a Social Worker to see which services you can access.
